1. (1) For purposes of this rule and ARM 42.39.318, "flower" includes marijuana pre-rolls, but excludes infused marijuana pre-rolls.
2. (2) In addition to the general labeling requirements set forth in ARM 42.39.314, each package of marijuana flower sold to a customer shall be labeled with a marijuana facts panel.

3. (3) A marijuana facts panel shall include the percentage of concentration of:

   1. (a) total potential psychoactive THC;
   2. (b) THC;
   3. (c) THCa;
   4. (d) CBD; and
   5. (e) CBDa.
4. (4) A marijuana facts panel may include the percentage concentration of each additional marketed cannabinoid or terpene, if applicable.
