1. (1) These weeds are common in isolated areas of Montana. Management criteria will require eradication or containment of these weeds where less abundant. Management shall be prioritized by local weed districts:

   1. (a) Tansy ragwort (Senecio jacobaeaˌ Jacobaea vulgaris);
   2. (b) Meadow hawkweed complex (Hieracium caespitosumˌ H. praealtumˌ H. floridundumˌ and Pilosella caespitosa);
   3. (c) Orange hawkweed (Hieracium aurantiacumˌ Pilosella aurantiaca);
   4. (d) Tall buttercup (Ranunculus acris);
   5. (e) Perennial pepperweed (Lepidium latifolium);
   6. (f) Yellowflag iris (Iris pseudacorus);
   7. (g) Eurasian watermilfoil complex (Myriophyllum spicatum and M. sibericum);
   8. (h) Flowering rush (Butomus umbellatus);
   9. (i) Common buckthorn (Rhamnus cathartica); and
   10. (j) Ventenata (Ventenata dubia).
