Designation of Restricted-use Aquatic Herbicides

(1) The sale and use of aquatic herbicides that contain one or more of the following active ingredients intended for remission of aquatic vegetation, must be designated as restricted-use:
1. (a) xylene,
2. (b) acrolein.
