Community Engagement Activity Participation: Data Review and Verification

- (1) The department shall make reasonable efforts to use electronic data to verify if participants are meeting the community engagement requirements or if they are exempt.
- (2) The department will only ask for documentation or verification from a participant if it cannot verify compliance or exemption using electronic data.
