(1) The Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR) will operate on the following Indian reservations at their option:
1. (a) Blackfeet;
2. (b) Flathead;
3. (c) Northern Cheyenne;
4. (d) Crow;
5. (e) Rocky Boy;
6. (f) Fort Belknap; and
7. (g) Fort Peck.
