1. (1) The following services may be provided under the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services Program:

   1. (a) adult foster, as provided in ARM 37.34.929;
   2. (b) assisted living, as provided in ARM 37.34.930;
   3. (c) behavioral support, as provided in ARM 37.34.933;
   4. (d) caregiver training and support, as provided in ARM 37.34.934;
   5. (e) community transition, as provided in ARM 37.34.937;
   6. (f) companion services, as provided in ARM 37.34.926;
   7. (g) day supports and activities, as provided in ARM 37.34.938;
   8. (h) environmental modifications, as provided in ARM 37.34.941;
   9. (i) homemaker, as provided in ARM 37.34.942;
   10. (j) individual goods and services, as provided in ARM 37.34.946;
   11. (k) meals, as provided in ARM 37.34.954;
   12. (l) nutritionist, as provided in ARM 37.34.955;
   13. (m) occupational therapy, as provided in ARM 37.34.956;
   14. (n) personal care, as provided in ARM 37.34.957;
   15. (o) personal emergency response, as provided in ARM 37.34.960;
   16. (p) personal supports, as provided in ARM 37.34.961;
   17. (q) physical therapy, as provided in ARM 37.34.962;
   18. (r) private duty nursing, as provided in ARM 37.34.963;
   19. (s) psychological evaluation, counseling, and consultation services, as provided in ARM 37.34.967;
   20. (t) remote monitoring, as provided in ARM 37.34.968;
   21. (u) remote monitoring equipment, as provided in ARM 37.34.971;
   22. (v) residential habilitation, as provided in ARM 37.34.972;
   23. (w) respite, as provided in ARM 37.34.974;
   24. (x) retirement services, as provided in ARM 37.34.978;
   25. (y) specialized medical equipment and supplies, as provided in ARM 37.34.925;
   26. (z) speech therapy, as provided in ARM 37.34.979;
   27. (aa) supported employment, follow along, as provided in ARM 37.34.980;
   28. (bb) supported employment, individual employment support, as provided in ARM 37.34.981;
   29. (cc) supported employment, small group, as provided in ARM 37.34.985;
   30. (dd) supported employment, coworker support, as provided in ARM 37.34.986;
   31. (ee) supports brokerage, as provided in ARM 37.34.987;
   32. (ff) transportation, as provided in ARM 37.34.988.
2. (2) Services provided to a person through the 0208 HCBS Waiver Program are limited to the services specified in the person's individual plan of care and the individual cost plan.
3. (3) Services may be provided when required services exceed or are different from the services available in the Montana state plan.
