In subchapter 7:

1. (1) "Meat depot" means a facility where meat or poultry, meat or poultry food products, or meat or poultry by-products, capable for use as human food and intended for sale, are stored.
2. (2) "Packing house" means an establishment where meat or poultry, meat or poultry food products, or meat or poultry by-products, capable for use as human food, are prepared or processed.
3. (3) "Slaughterhouse" means an establishment where animals are butchered for human consumption.
