Admin. R. Mont. 32.3.141 – Revocation or Suspension of Appointment of Deputy State Veterinarian

(1) A deputy state veterinarian may have his/her appointment revoked by any of the following:
1. (a) voluntarily surrendered; or
2. (b) becoming ineligible because of revocation or suspension of Montana veterinary license or USDA accreditation; or
3. (c) revoked or suspended by the department for cause, by violating ARM or established policy and/or procedures.
(2) MAPA will be followed as in ARM 32.2.101 and 32.2.102.
(3) Reappointment may occur as in ARM 32.3.139.
