1. (1) Field technical service fees are as follows:

   1. (a) Forty-five dollars for services up to one hour in duration; and
   2. (b) Twenty dollars for every additional 30 minutes, or fractional amount thereof, after the first hour of service.

2. (2) Out-of-state manufacturers may be subject to at least one on-site review per year. They shall pay the following on-site review fee which shall be the same as those to be paid by manufacturers who request inspections:

   1. (a) total travel cost based on published air fare, or equivalent rate, between Helena, Montana, and the point of inspection, plus necessary supplemental surface transportation, reimbursement for food and lodging consistent with state of Montana out-of-state travel per diem and mileage rates under 2-18-501, MCA; and
   2. (b) inspection fees of $45 per hour, not to exceed eight hours in any one day.
