1. (1) The following are the plan and system review fees to be charged by the department:

   1. (a) Quality control manual review: $20
   2. (b) Third-party inspection agency application review: $20

   3. (c) Units with one or two parts:

      1. (i) structural review 325
      2. (ii) plumbing review 35
      3. (iii) electrical review 35
      4. (iv) mechanical review 35

   4. (d) Units with three or four parts:

      1. (i) structural review 450
      2. (ii) plumbing review 55
      3. (iii) electrical review 55
      4. (iv) mechanical review 55

   5. (e) Units with five or more parts:

      1. (i) structural review 650
      2. (ii) plumbing review 75
      3. (iii) electrical review 75
      4. (iv) mechanical review 75

   6. (f) Plan resubmission or revision:

      1. (i) structural review 125
      2. (ii) plumbing review 20
      3. (iii) electrical review 20
      4. (iv) mechanical review 20
   7. (g) Plan supplement: $20 per unit
   8. (h) Plan renewal: $100
   9. (i) Any approved units that will be used during the next approved plan period must be renewed.
   10. (ii) Units that are not renewed by the December 31 deadline shall expire, and a new application must be submitted to the bureau for review.
