- (1) "Bureau" means the Building and Commercial Measurements Bureau of the Department of Labor and Industry.
- (2) "Factory-built building" has the meaning provided in 50-60-101, MCA, and includes "Industrialized Building" and "Industrialized Housing" as defined in chapter two of the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard.
- (3) "Manufactured home" has the meaning provided in the state's property tax code, 15-24-201, MCA.
- (4) "Mobile home" has the meaning provided in the state's property tax code, 15-24-201, MCA.
- (5) "Prohibited sales notice" means a printed notification issued by the bureau that the unit may not be offered for sale because of violations of these rules.
- (6) "Unit" has the same meaning as "module" as defined in chapter two of the ICC/MBI 1200 Standard and the ICC/MBI 1205 Standard.
