(1) Reporting parties who report electronically shall sign a written agreement with the department.
- (a) The reporting parties may designate another entity, approved by the department, to serve as their reporting agent.
- (b) Electronic reporting for workers' compensation claims and insurance coverage information must be reported using a department-supported IAIABC standard.
- (2) Reporting parties not required to report electronically may submit on hard copy forms approved by, or provided by at a cost to the reporting party, the department.
