1. (1) Each licensee under this subchapter shall require each person employed in any prescription drug wholesale activity to have sufficient education, training, and experience in any combination, sufficient for that person to:

   1. (a) complete assigned work in a manner which maintains the quality, safety, and security of the drug or device products in accordance with Title 37, MCA;
   2. (b) assume responsibility for compliance with the licensing requirements of Title 37, MCA.
