Nonroutine Applications and Applicants with Criminal Convictions

- (1) Nonroutine applications must be reviewed and approved by the board before a license may be issued. The board incorporates the definitions and procedures for routine and nonroutine applications in ARM 24.101.402 by reference.
- (2) The board incorporates the procedures for processing applications from applicants with criminal convictions in ARM 24.101.406 by reference.
