1. (1) All schools must provide:

   1. (a) a separate classroom, other than the clinic floor, for theory or basic classes;
   2. (b) one sink for hand washing, not in a restroom;
   3. (c) one serviceable school first aid kit;
   4. (d) a fire extinguisher;
   5. (e) one locker per two students;
   6. (f) one protective covering per student; and

   7. (g) for the first 15 enrolled students:

      1. (i) two covered wet sanitizers;
      2. (ii) one closed cabinet for clean linens;
      3. (iii) one covered soiled linen container; and
      4. (iv) two covered garbage containers.
   8. (h) The required equipment in (g) must be doubled for 16 to 30 students and tripled for 31 to 45 students.
2. (2) In addition to the requirements in (1), each school must ensure adequate equipment and stations for all students to be taught the curriculum of the course(s) the school is licensed to teach.
3. (3) Each student actively working on the clinic floor must have access to an individual station.
