- (1) Foreign-educated applicants shall fulfill all requirements for licensure as stated in this chapter.
- (2) All documents submitted by a foreign-educated applicant in support of applying for licensure must be certified by a credential-evaluating service.
- (3) Foreign document evaluations must be delivered directly from the credential-evaluating service to the department.
- (4) Applicants must pay the credential-evaluating service for all costs of the evaluation.
