1. (1) To ensure an EPRS, VGM, AARS, or CTVS complies with the act and these rules, the department may require a licensed manufacturer, accounting system vendor, or associated gambling business to supply information, including but not limited to:

   1. (a) all technical manuals;
   2. (b) all schematics, printed wire assembly and hardware block diagrams;
   3. (c) all microprocessor manuals;
   4. (d) all source code, including programmer's comments;
   5. (e) binary images for all programs;
   6. (f) media storage devices containing binary image(s), including those that may reside on the peripheral devices;
   7. (g) software compiler;
   8. (h) a written description of the random number generator algorithm;
   9. (i) schedule of proposed payout(s), percentage(s) and odds determinations;
   10. (j) programmer's memory map;

   11. (k) a description of the methods of all testing criteria if performed and the results of the tests for the following:

       1. (i) random number generator;
       2. (ii) electromechanical interference;
       3. (iii) radio frequency interference;
       4. (iv) FCC standards;
       5. (v) A.C. line noise;
       6. (vi) static electricity;
       7. (vii) extreme temperature conditions;
   12. (l) an operator's manual for each peripheral device utilized; and
   13. (m) additional information to be provided for an EPRS, AARS, or CTVS upon request.
