1. (1) Each multigame VGM must meet the following specifications for approval for use within the State of Montana, if applicable:

   1. (a) offer at least two approved types of games as follows:

      1. (i) video poker games that comply with ARM 23.16.1907;
      2. (ii) video keno games that comply with ARM 23.16.1908;
      3. (iii) video bingo games that comply with ARM 23.16.1909; and
      4. (iv) video line games that comply with ARM 23.16.1907A.
