1. (1) Each licensed sales agent and any employee of the sales agent involved in the sale, bookkeeping, or any other aspect of the lottery and sports wagering shall:

   1. (a) read and understand the laws and commission rules concerning lottery and sports wager licenses; and
   2. (b) sign all official application forms indicating that the sales agent is familiar with the laws and commission rules and agrees not to violate these laws or rules.
