1. (1) In addition to the trade associations specifically named in 32-9-160(3), MCA, the department may enter into agreements or sharing arrangements allowing the sharing of information and material with the following governmental agencies and associations representing governmental agencies:

   1. (a) State Regulatory Registry, LLC;
   2. (b) Multi-State Mortgage Committee;
   3. (c) Federal Housing Administration;
   4. (d) Consumer Financial Protection Bureau;
   5. (e) United States Department of Housing and Urban Development;
   6. (f) Federal Trade Commission; and
   7. (g) Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
