1. (1) Each unit of the university system shall provide TRS with a monthly report of all members participating in the MUS-RP and remit the employer contributions due. The report shall contain the following and be in alphabetical order:

   1. (a) last name, first name;
   2. (b) social security number;
   3. (c) salary earned.
