1. (1) Except where specifically noted, all the rules in this subchapter are in effect for the following retirement systems:

   1. (a) Public Employees'
   2. (PERS) ;
   3. (b) Game Wardens' and Peace Officers'
   4. (GWPORS) ;
   5. (c) Judges'
   6. (JRS) ;
   7. (d) Highway Patrol Officers'
   8. (HPORS) ;
   9. (e) Sheriffs'
   10. (SRS) ;
   11. (f) Municipal Police Officers'
   12. (MPORS) ; and
   13. (g) Firefighters' Unified (FURS).
2. (2) Each of the above-listed retirement systems also have their own subchapter containing rules unique to that system. Both this subchapter and the subchapter designated for a particular retirement system should be consulted when determining applicable administrative rules.
