- (1) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, subpart Q, which sets forth public notification requirements for drinking water violations.
- (2) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141, Subpart O, which sets forth requirements for consumer confidence reports.
- (3) The department adopts and incorporates by reference 40 CFR Part 141.85, which sets forth the public education and supplemental monitoring requirements for exceedances of the lead action level.
