The applicant shall also provide to the department a general mining and reclamation plan for the proposed mining operation. These plans shall, as a minimum, include the following topical discussions:

1. (1) a mining plan, including:

   1. (a) direction of mining;
   2. (b) estimated acreage to be disturbed yearly;
   3. (c) estimated average depth of overburden;
   4. (d) length and width of proposed cuts;
   5. (e) estimated production (tons/yr.);
   6. (f) a narrative discussion showing that any deleted areas will be given appropriate consideration;
   7. (g) such other or further information as the department may require;

2. (2) a reclamation plan, including:

   1. (a) proposed reclaimed use;
   2. (b) direction of final drainage;
   3. (c) elimination of final highwall;
   4. (d) estimated acres reclaimed yearly;
   5. (e) further information as the department may require.
