(1) Starting in fiscal year 2028 and each fiscal year thereafter, an agency shall choose one of two methods for paying filing fees for the services provided by the Secretary of State in the review and publication of notices in the Montana Administrative Register (MAR).
1. (a) Pay $60 per page for each notice at the time of publication.
2. (b) Pay on an annual basis a fee based on the volume of notice submissions.
  1. (i) 1 to 4 notices - $550
  2. (ii) 5 to 9 notices - $1,650
  3. (iii) 10 to 15 notices - $3,475
  4. (iv) 16 to 25 notices - $4,400
  5. (v) 26 to 35 notices - $8,675
  6. (vi) 36 or more notices - $16,750
