Program Requirements
LOCAL GOVERMENTS AND RURAL WATER SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENTS BOARD
2.1.1
To be eligible for financial assistance, an applicant must meet the definition of an

The Emergency Loan Fund may be used for the following purposes, as determined by

These funds will be obligated on a first-come, first-served basis in order of those

The Board will be the judge of whether a proposed project meets the definition of an

The DWSELF has been established to provide loans to assist eligible applicants in
