37 C.F.R. 1.835 Amendment to add or replace a "Sequence Listing XML" in patent applications filed on or after July 1, 2022.

2. (f) Any appropriate amendments to the "Sequence Listing XML" in a patent (e.g., by reason of reissue, reexamination, or certificate of correction) must comply with the requirements of paragraph (b) of this section.

Where an amendment is made to a granted patent containing a "Sequence Listing XML", the correction must be made by way of an amendment to the "Sequence Listing XML" pursuant to 1.835(b).
