Probationary appointment, evidence of training

- 1. Within one year from the date of probationary appointment, the chief executive officer of a law enforcement agency shall furnish to the director evidence that the noncertified officer satisfactorily completed instruction in a course of training for peace officers in a certified training academy or is currently enrolled in a certified training program to be completed with the first year of employment.
- 2. This section shall expire on August 28, 1995.
