Until December 31, 2016 — Blindness, feigning for profit

1. A person who simulates blindness or pretends to be a blind person with the purpose of obtaining something of value from another person by deceit commits the offense of feigned blindness.
2. The offense of feigned blindness is a class A misdemeanor.
