Mo. Rev. Stat. § 577.017 – Until December 31, 2016 — Consumption of alcoholic beverages in moving motor vehicle, prohibited when — infraction — records, not to appear on

1. No person shall consume any alcoholic beverage while operating a moving motor vehicle upon the highways, as defined in section 301.010.
2. Any person found guilty of violating the provisions of this section is guilty of an infraction.
3. Any infraction under this section shall not reflect on any records with the department of revenue.
