- 1. A person commits the crime of violating a condition of lifetime supervision if the person knowingly violates a condition of probation, parole, or conditional release when such condition was imposed by an order of a court under section 559.106 or an order of the board of probation and parole under section 217.735.
- 2. The crime of violating a condition of lifetime supervision is a class C felony.
