Mo. Rev. Stat. § 411.770
A warehouseman commits the crime of "stealing grain" if he sells grain owned by another person which has been delivered to him for the purpose of storage without the owner's consent, or by means of deceit or coercion, with the intent to deprive the owner of the grain either permanently or temporarily. Stealing grain by a warehouseman is a class C felony.
