Any street railroad company heretofore organized under any general or special law of this state may have and enjoy all the benefits, powers and privileges of this chapter by filing in the office of the secretary of state a resolution of its board of directors accepting the provisions of this chapter, and paying into the state treasury the same fees as provided in section 391.010.
