1. 1. In addition to any reports required pursuant to sections 443.800 to 443.893, every licensee shall file such other reports as the director shall request.
2. 2. Any licensee or any officer, director, employee or agent of any licensee who fails to file any reports required by sections 443.800 to 443.893 or who shall deliberately, willfully or knowingly make, subscribe to or cause to be made any false entry with intent to deceive the director or the director's appointees or who shall purposely cause delay in filing such reports shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
