Mo. Rev. Stat. § 443.839 – Application by licensee to open additional full-service offices, fee — certificate to be issued and posted

1. A licensee may apply for authority to open and maintain additional offices by:
1. (1) Giving the director prior notice of the licensee's intention in such form as prescribed by the director;
2. (2) Paying a fee to be established by the director by administrative rule.
2. Upon receipt of the notice and fee required by subsection 1 of this section, the director shall issue a certificate for the additional office. The certificate shall be conspicuously displayed in the respective additional office.
