Exempt professions

1. Sections 346.010 to 346.250 shall not apply to a person who is a physician licensed to practice in Missouri pursuant to chapter 334, RSMo.
2. Sections 346.010 to 346.250 shall not apply to an audiologist, provided such person or organization employing such person does not engage in the sale of hearing aids.
