Sections 346.010 to 346.250 are not intended to prevent any audiologist licensed pursuant to chapter 345, RSMo, from engaging in the practice of measuring human hearing for the purpose of selection of hearing aids, provided such audiologist, or organization employing such audiologist, does not sell hearing instruments, or accessories thereto, except in the case of earmolds provided by an audiologist to be used only for the purpose of audiologic evaluation.
