1. 1. The commission shall set the amount of the fees which sections 339.010 to 339.180 authorize and require by rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to section 536.021, RSMo. The fees shall be set at a level to produce revenue which shall not substantially exceed the cost and expense of administering sections 339.010 to 339.180.
2. 2. Every license granted under sections 339.010 to 339.180 shall be renewed each licensing period and the commission shall issue a new license upon receipt of the written application of the applicant and the required renewal fee.

(1971) The Missouri State Real Estate Commission is without statutory authority to conduct an evidentiary hearing into the qualifications of real estate brokers or salesmen for renewal of their licenses, and can take disciplinary action only after hearing and findings of fact and conclusions of law by the administrative hearing commission.
