(1971) The Missouri State Real Estate Commission is without statutory authority to conduct an evidentiary hearing into the qualifications of real estate brokers or salesmen for renewal of their licenses, and can take disciplinary action only after hearing and findings of fact and conclusions of law by the administrative hearing commission.
