- 1. No part of this section or of chapter 354 or 375, RSMo, shall be construed to mandate benefits or third-party reimbursement for services of social workers in the policies or contracts of any insurance company, health services corporation, or other third-party payer.
- 2. This section shall not be construed to effect procedures for billing for social work services provided by agencies, corporations, or organizations which employ licensed social workers.
