Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any written or broadcast advertising for eye exam services whether regional or national by any optical firm shall not be required to list the name of the optometrist in the advertisement provided those optometrists practicing under a trade name at a specific location shall be identified to any person by having the optometrist's name prominently displayed at such specific location. All eye exam services provided by any optical firm must be provided by a person in accordance with the provisions contained in section 336.030.
