Any person, firm or corporation employing a registered optometrist may advertise the availability of optometric service, provided that the names of the registered optometrists providing such service are included in all printed advertisements. The violation of any provision of this section shall constitute an infraction, punishable upon conviction, by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than two hundred dollars.
