Any person who practices dentistry as defined in section 332.071 who is not a duly registered and currently licensed dentist in Missouri as hereinafter provided, or any person who practices as a dental hygienist as defined in section 332.091 who is not a duly registered and currently licensed dental hygienist in Missouri as hereinafter provided is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
