1. 1. The license issued to every landscape architect in Missouri shall be renewed on or before the license renewal date, provided that the required fee is paid. The license of a landscape architect which is not renewed within three months of the renewal date shall be suspended automatically, subject to the right of the holder thereof to have such suspended license reinstated within nine months of the date of suspension, if the reinstatement fee is paid. Any license suspended and not reinstated within nine months of the suspension date shall expire and be void and the holder thereof shall have no rights or privileges thereunder; provided, however, any person whose license has expired may within the discretion of the board, upon payment of the fee provided pursuant to section 327.625, be relicensed or reauthorized under his or its original license number.
2. 2. Each application for the renewal of a licensure shall be on a form furnished to the applicant and shall be accompanied by the required fee.
