- 1. After the council has determined upon such inquiry and by such methods as it may consider proper that an applicant possesses the qualifications entitling him to be examined, each applicant for examination and registration as a landscape architect shall appear before the council or its representatives for examination at the time and place specified by the council in a written notice to each such applicant, provided that an examination shall be given at least once in each calendar year.
- 2. The written examination shall be of such form, content and duration as determined by the council to thoroughly test the qualifications of each applicant.
- 3. Any person who passes the examination prescribed by the council shall be entitled to be registered as a landscape architect in Missouri, subject to the other provisions of sections 327.600 to 327.635.
