Mo. Rev. Stat. § 327.612
Any person who is of good moral character, has attained the age of twenty-one years, and has either a degree in landscape architecture from an accredited school of landscape architecture and has acquired at least three years satisfactory landscape architectural experience after acquiring such a degree, or has eight years or more of satisfactory training and experience, as defined by rule, in the practice of landscape architecture, may apply to the council for examination and registration as a landscape architect.
