Title of licensed dietitian, use permitted, when — penalty

1. After July 1, 2000, no person may use the title licensed dietitian or L.D. in this state unless the person is licensed pursuant to the provisions of sections 324.200 to 324.225.
2. Any person who violates the provisions of subsection 1 of this section is guilty of an infraction.
