Mo. Rev. Stat. § 311.338
Any person violating any provisions of sections 311.332 to 311.336 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and it shall be the duty of the supervisor of liquor control to suspend or revoke the license of any wholesaler violating any of the provisions of sections 311.332 to 311.336.
