Violation — class B misdemeanor

Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision or requirement of this chapter is guilty of a class B misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
