Mo. Rev. Stat. § 267.495
Every person conducting agglutination tests shall execute, in triplicate, a certificate on each test made, in the form to be prescribed by the department and one copy of said certificate of test shall be mailed or delivered to the department, and one copy shall be delivered to the owner of the animal tested, and one copy shall be retained by the person conducting the test and executing the certificate. If the animal tested shows a positive reaction to the agglutination test, the person conducting the test shall brand and tag such animal as required by rules and regulations of the department.
