Registration not required for certain sales of homes

No insurance company, finance company, bank or trust company shall be required to register with the commission in order to sell any manufactured home repossessed or purchased by the company on the basis of total destruction or theft thereof when the sale of the manufactured home is in conformance with applicable title and registration laws of this state.
